See, I've always thought that what we do to poultry is incredibly insulting. Think about a turkey. You cut off it's head and then shove it's neck up its butt. Talk about adding insult to injury.

I'm still pissed he didn't show the carving. I've never been able to carve the breast off the bone cleanly, even when I'm rotating and craning the knife around. Anybody have any tips...?
