General Description: Four bedroom and four bathroom condominium at Lake Park on Lake Dam Rd.

Rent: $300 a month (does not include utilities; utilities are split four ways among tenants; about $30 per tenant)

Deposit: First months rent ($300)

Amenities: Full size kitchen, common room, washer/dryer, one bathroom per bedroom, internet access, balcony, pool, basketball court, volleyball pit

Tenants: three college males

Stipulations: must be male, and preferably a non-smoker, and sorry no cats or dogs (maybe iguanas)
