too bad their pitching suckswhy can I not post something about sports history. I mean really. How often do players reach 3,000 -- I think I heard he is only the 27th player to reach it. So STFU.[Edited on June 28, 2007 at 10:31 PM. Reason : stfu]

congrats to Biggio. I wonder if he is the least productive player ever with 3000 hits? Say comparing him to the rest of the 3000 hit group and just looking at stats like OPS, runs, RBIs, HRs, etc. He is basically all singles and doubles.

i heard one time he's the all-time leader in getting plunked
6/29/2007 12:51:22 PM
^ that is probably true - he dives into pitches like Michael Phelps into the pool.
