I've got Sprint's fair and flexible. 550 minutes among me, my mother, and my sister. $59, one free line, and $10 for the third.300 texts for free (til september or october; $5/mo/ea after that) for each of them, and 500 for $4 for me. I've got a 20% discount with USAA, so after taxes and discount, the bill is typically just under $70 each month.

alltel ... two lines splitting 1300 minutes with all texts, browsing and photo messages included for both lines plus insurance and 'free' "my circle" for $105 plus fees.

IDK if you're looking for something contract-free, but I have been looking into Cricket...they're just now moving into the RDU area. They have a lot of unlimited plans for $60 and under.http://www.buy-cricket.com/bpdirect/cricket/PlanList.do?action=view[Edited on June 25, 2007 at 10:56 PM. Reason : asf]

I've got Alltel -1000 anytime, my circle, nights starting at 7pm, and 3 lines (one is free with the $75/mth plan and one is $9.99 per month)bill around 100 including taxes, and a few texts on there (which I rarely use) - we never use anywhere near 1000 anytime minutes either because of my circle, which is awesomeI've also been with Alltel for over 6 years now, and never had a problem with them, reception has always been great except in the deep woods[Edited on June 25, 2007 at 11:17 PM. Sprint- 500 anytime and 1000 nights and weekends, $39.99. I've had the same plan for 4-5 years now, so it might be more expensive now.

Verizon. Great coverage around here (way better than Sprint). 2 lines for $58. I got VX8300 phones, which are great, for $30 with a 1yr. contract (it would have been free with a 2yr.). 700 anytime, plus nights & IN-Network.

Cingular ...I guess it's AT&T now...450 with roll over and 5000 night and weekends. Unlimited mobile to mobile. I used to have Verizon until recently, but I was having too many dropped calls with them. Plus there are some months when I use a lot of minutes and others when I don't. That's what I like roll over. That way, on those months when I use a lot of minutes, I don't have to pay extra. I guess I'm old because I don't use my phone for anything other than as a phone...very few text messages and i've never downloaded anything anything else with it. I haven't been with them very long, but so far I haven't had any problems. Plus, I love my phone. Samsung D807 in white.

I hate verizon.it is the shittiest service ive ever had. dropped calls and piss-poor reception... yeah, maybe they have the largest coverage area, but the coverage sucks.as soon as my contract is up, im going back to Cingular.
