Technically Broughton is not open to the public. However, you can probably get away with it. Just use their facilities when nobody else is.

Also, there's Cardinal Gibbons

Yo Abe,

What kinda training are you doing these days? The Olympics still in your future?

I'm still a pretty sluggish swimmer (50sec 100s for 15-20 minutes). I'm pretty sure my body position isn't just right yet.

Sup Chance, long time no see/talk.

I'm headed back to Raleigh early August.

I'm pretty much free. I'll be working part-time, but mainly training.

I have an Elite Cup race in July and another one in August.

I'll PM you my cell and stuff so we can exchange info. I'll try to find time to help you out. I'll be swimming at Pullen a lot (no longer student at NCSU).

Theres also Athens Drive track, which is nice because if you live anywhere close to the lake johnson path you can walk there on the trail

Shit, I'd be impressed if he, or anyone else on this board who is not currently on the NCSU swim team, could do more than 1 or 2 in under a minute in a 15-20 minute span with rest.

Thanks for the replies. Athens sounds like a go.

Oh and carzak is right, I'm going to be timing my 'no push' mile boarding, not running
