I was searching for a studio apartment in the NCSU area and can't seem to find anything. There's got to be someone out there that maybe has some useful information. Just looking for something small and cheap for one person, not too rowdy, and clean. I thank you sooo much for any useful information.

after doing research on both i think westgrove is better based off what you get with it(some dvd renting service, a study lounge with wireless...few other things)...the things about mission valley i thought trumped wg towers is the price(cheaper), the location to campus(literally cross western blvd and you are on campus), and from what my friends told me, the clientèle of mission valley is better than westgrove[Edited on June 25, 2007 at 1:10 AM. Reason : kensington is better than both of those places in my opinion...they have nice priced 1bedrooms][Edited on June 25, 2007 at 1:11 AM. Reason : TONS of space, quiet(lots of foreigners that wont fuck with you), location(avent ferry/gorman)]http://www.westgrovetowerapartments.com/http://missionvalleysc.com/apts/index.htmlkensington, pine knoll, ivy commons and a few others have one bedrooms but but some are pretty expensive...i figure if you want a studio its cause of the price...ivy commons and kensington are the best 1 bedrooms in the area...commons has a WAITLIST its such a desired spot[Edited on June 25, 2007 at 1:15 AM. I believe that there are studios available at the apartment complex on hillsbourough across from St Mary's. I had some friends that lived there and I recall them being very cheap and pretty decent. I dont live in raleigh anymore and Im not positive of the name but I think it is Boylan Heights.
