I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment at Ivy Chase from either August or September until February 2008. Rent is $490 a month and includes all utilities except for phone and internet. It's a three bedroom apartment, but the other two bedrooms are vacant so it would be like living in a one bedroom but more spacious and cheaper. It's on the second floor in a building next to the visitor parking lot, the office, and the pool.
