This is ridiculous. My mom had paid for Yahoo Mail Plus several months ago since she wanted to upgrade her mail storage limit. Now Yahoo offers unlimited email storage so I cancelled the subscription for her.Now her Yahoo email is blocked with the message:"Unusual Activity DetectedTo protect you, your account has been suspended from sending, saving, and receiving mail for up to 48 hours "It has been 4 days and it's still blocked. Yahoo has not responded to my repeated email inquiries. It would really suck to have to recreate a new address for her. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a direct customer phone # to call?

Why did she pay for it? Hasn't Yahoo been offering 1 GB for quite some time now? And hotmail as well? Did she really need more than that? Oh, and: http://www.gmail.com

yeah she's lazy and illiterate. She doesn't want to spend time deleting her mail and she's got tons for friends sending her jokes and music all the time that's like 10MB per email.
