i know most of you are looking to rent, but just in case....

i'm selling my house in apex. it's off of 55 at US1.

3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. hardwood downstairs, 2 year-old really nice carpet upstairs. brand new kitchen floor, freshly painted. big deck, fenced yard. blah blah blah. it's about 1800 square feet and sits on .18 acres which sounds a lot smaller then it actually is.

if anyone is actually interested, let me know.

i'm not posting a price if no one's interested.
