Incoming NCSU grad student (m/22) looking for a place with a few other guys that's chill and study-friendly. Would like some kind of transportation to NCSU (wolfline or private bus) so i don't have to deal with parking permits. Furnished is better, I don't have much stuff right now. Looking in the $350-$425 range.

I have a furnished bedroom I am currently not staying in at University Village. 2 roommates have moved out so basically it would be 2 people in a 4BR apt. The lease runs out August 1st. So if you need a place to stay for the rest of summer or need a place to stay during the second summer session let me know. Rent is 310 plus cable and power.

i just posted that we're sub-leasing one or two bedrooms...you would need to apply to our leasing office. i'm not sure who the third roommate is, because it was filled by our complex. but let me know if you want to check it out.

Two recent NCSU grads (one male/one female) have a third bedroom with its own bath at Trailwood Heights off Lineberry Road. I think there is a Wolfline pickup just up the street, but I'm not sure. Well-furnished condo features 52" wide screen (we watch a lot of sports and movies), pool, washer/dryer, DSL, insurance, etc. Available 8/1/07 for $400/mo (+ $100 refundable deposit) which includes ALL utilities. Would prefer 12-month lease. Single bed, small chest, and private TV available for $10/mo more. The bedroom that is still available is the largest in a 4br/4ba condo in University Commons. Each room has a private bath, and separate door lock for privacy.

Three people already in and signed for 2007/2008 . . . Britta is a female senior in mechanical engineering, Siddig (a guy from the Sudan) is a senior studying electrical engineering, and Vinit (a guy from India) is getting his PHD in Spring 08. These group is quiet, mature, and focused on their studies.

my roomate and i have got a 3bd/2 1/2ba townhome on brent rd(off gorman behind western 1/4 mile from foodlion) a 20 second walk from the wolfline we're looking for a non smoker and someone we wouldnt have to beat down every month for rent money. we would prefer someone that has a steady job we dont mind you having company on occasion or even if u like to throw parties just as long as theyre respectful. rent would be 308 plus 1/3 utilities but never more than 390 total. the place will be fully furnished(living room kitchen washer dryer etc.) except for your bedroom. utilities would everything you can think of including wireless internet, xbox360,a ps3 sooner or later, and a 37" hdtv w/premium hdtv satelite package. you would have to share a bathroom with my roomate, although you can also have the 1/2 bath downstairs to yourself if you wish so i guess all you would be sharing is the shower. we're both african american males very easy to get along with we dont care what you are as long as you're clean and dont bring alot of drama with you. we both work nights and attend ncsu and i am currently a mechanical engineering major. if you're interested email me at timberlandnc@yahoo.com b/c im not very familiar with brent rd. 8-1-07
