1 room available in a 3 bedroom place, off trinity & Edwards mill.

The room is empty now, but I'm not really in a rush to fill it.
Firstly I am in Healthcare IT, out at RTP.... i take care of my responsibilities/pay bills on time... yadayada.

so bear with me, here's what I'm looking for.

Preferably a male, sociable & or popular with women, Someone who can handle his responsibilities/bills during the week, but knows how to have a good time on the weekends. no pot, coke, and or nicotine headz If you're really cool, then maybe we can work something out, such as you isolating your habit to the garage or backyard thats fine.

house is pretty decent, Plasma Tvs. poker room with custom table, large garage for random stuff. backyard with jacuzzi on the way.
