"Roommate is moving out at the end of June or July. I am looking for someone to move in around the beginning of July or August. Looking for a mature male or female, neat/clean, laid back, non-smoker to share a 3bed, 2.5bath house. There would be me (male) and another roommate (female) living in the house. Bathroom would be shared with one person (female), but we are not there much anyway. There is already a cat in the house so I would prefer no more pets.
