Now let me go ahead and say this TV is not HD, nor is it super sharp as its 10 years old atleast. However its big, and the picture is fine if you are sitting 6+ feet away. I have it in my room at my house and sit about 10 feet away from it and it looks good to me.

Forgot to mention, the TV (toshiba) is less than 2yrs old. Got it late 2005.

it does have a small scratch on the lens, but can rarely be seen or noticed
