rent is $410 a month and includes all utilities except water, gas, and electric. utilities usually run $40-50 a month.

deposit is one months rent. pet deposit of $150 and only to well behaved and mature cats or dogs.

also there is a washer and dryer, house is full furnished except for bedroom.

and yet they still share living room/kitchen/fridge space etc....


I think you're asking a bit too much for the room and should ask for the couple living together to pay more for the rent

the girl's parents own the place, he pays rent separately and bills as well

and i'm not asking, the landlord/ girl's parents are asking
