I've got an old 20MHz dual trace scope I'll sell for $40. It works fine.

I've also got a "Bitscope" model 310 which you hook up to your computer via USB. It has 2 analog channels and 8 logic channels. It also has a function generator. I'll sell that too for $350 (sells new for $500).
