4bed 4bath condo at lake park. 2 miles from centennial, 3 miles from main campus. It would be shared with 3 other tenants including myself. Rent will be between 475-450 a month(parking, utilities, cable, internet(wireless)). I hope to close on the condo the 28th of June so after that you would be more than welcome to move in.

Well that is if you do not own the condo yourself, I do own it myself, as such my mortgage tends to be a bit higher now that the prices on the condos have gone up from when they were built. Lake park also has poor management from everything I have read, I on the other hand would be in the house if you needed to bitch at the landlord. Did i mention i do not give a shit what you have in the house as long as it is not messy(excluding your room)? Price does include road runner and cable, we also have an in house bit torrent server so hey if you want to download anything it will be setup and running. I realize it is a bit more so if you are interested in the most awesome place at lake park, contact me back, if not.... fuck off?
