I'd be willing to do $145, but a couple questions -

It says built in wifi - does this mean I can use this with any 802.11 wireless system and NOT get charged by Alltel? I know they have a data plan, but if I can use hotspots, this is prefect.

Also, do you know the maximum size of memory card this supports, and if it's SDIO compatible?

wifi is exactly as it is stated. you can connect to any 802.11b wireless network and the phone takes only mini SD cards up to 2 GB. actually may take bigger...I never tried anything bigger. you can also tether to your computer to use the phone as a wireless broadband modem if you have a data plan.
