Description I am renting 2 bedrooms in my home in tryon pines. I would prefer two females or two grad students or any combination.

One room is slightly smaller than the other. Which acounts for the difference in rent. There is one full bath room to share between the two rooms.

Room sizes:

Room 1= 10' x 11'8''

Room 2= 12' x 12'8''

Utilities would be split by 4. The home is 2200 sq/ft and .25 acre lot. please contact me with any questions.
