i know how to do the basics, but are there any good tips, secrets or combonations that you guys know of?

I know 6oz jello, 2 cups boiling water, then split the next 16oz of cold water with spirits is the basic recipie.

also what flavors work the best, and combonations of stuff.

don't use cold water - use one cup boiling water to dissolve the jello, and then add one cup of room temperature vodka. you can make the shots a lot stronger without having the gelatin drop out of suspension

buy everclear and add water until you have it at 80 proof - it's cheaper.

if you wanted to go super cheap, you could buy denatured alcohol and treat out the denaturants. you got to have balls of steel to want to attempt this one.

thanks for the tips, i am just going to use burnettes becuase its cheap, i dont want to screw up with the everclear and it is flavored.

Let the Jello set in the fridge as normal, but after it has firmed slightly, push the cherries into the mix. Let it finish firming. Be sure to leave the stems on the cherries if you can get them that way. The stems sticking upwards.

1 package Watermelon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Malibu White Rum
Mix hot water and jello. Add rum. Pour into 2 ounce cups.
