I'm driving up to the Boone area this Friday, and returning to Raleigh on Monday. I'd like a rider for company and to help pay for gas. Round trip or one way is fine with me!

my CX gets 41 and i know the VX on the highway should be 50's

I don't understand why people expect passengers to pay for gas. Unless it's a big out of the way drive, what difference does it make in terms of gas mileage if there's a passenger in the car or not?
