hey. i've got a big video in .mov format and i'm trying to find the best way to compress it. finding good tools for .mov conversion is difficult it seems.

basically the goal for this particular video is to get it from a 431mb .mov file to a <=100mb video file of some kind. i'm just trying to upload it to youtube for embedding purposes.

anyone know of good software that can do this?

Quicktime Pro, iMovie (Mac only), ffmpegX (this is free and open source, so there might be a windows version), etc can do this too
