It's in good shape. It could be prettier than it is now, four guys
are in there, and aesthetic appeal isn't a priority.

A woman's touch can change that, if you're okay with a co-ed
environment.

UPDATE UPDATE:

Room mate shift! One guy renewed, another guy is bailing, so
now the largest of the four bedrooms is open.

So now there're two male engineering grad students, and a
female (can't remember the major) who is a senior.

Britta is a mechanical engineering undergrad, Siddig is in electrical engineering,
and Vinit is getting his PHD in Spring 08. These group is quiet, mature, and focused
on their studies.

Siddig is cool, though, and has a pool table in the main living area for everyone's use.
