Is there somewhere I can buy postage in the USA, that someone would use to mail a letter FROM another country. In other words, is there a place that sells foreign stamps in the USA, that can be used to send from a foreign country once you get there, mainly Europe. Anybody ever do this through a regular us post office??

You're going to have to cough up the story explaining why the hell someone would want to do this

You can buy an international reply coupon but it will be tougher getting foreign stamps.

^^^basically, so when I go to Europe, I don't have to deal with post offices. Just toss a stamp on a postcard and find the closest mailbox. ^Whats this "international reply" coupon?[Edited on May 18, 2007 at 11:01 AM. Reason : .]

most european countries have similar conveniences as here: ie- you can buy stamps in grocery and convenient stores and avoid post offices all together. Its also probably a safe bet that most places that sell post cards will offers stamps as well.
