Morcheeba's stuff was much better when Skye Davis was singing. So you should check out any/all albums you haven't heard of theirs before she left. Big Calm and Who Can You Trust? are best.There's also Kruder & Dorfmeister, Thievery Corporation, Air, Under Byen, Lamb, Röyksopp (but only Melody AM, The Understanding is more dance).

How are just discovering this???I agree, its some amazing stuff, but still... it was "popular" about 8 years ago at least. Hooverphonic - "Blue Wonder Power Milk" or "New Streophonic Sound " is great.Red Snapper - "Making Bones" is incredible and groovy. Check out Lamb too.....very similar to Portishead. Massive Attack - mezzanine is awesome.
