I have 2 rooms for rent on Dixie Trail, about 3/4 mile down from hillsborough. Its a quick bike ride to campus and a great location. The brickyard is almost exactly a mile.

The house has 4 bedrooms, and is currently half rented out. There are two ME guys living there for next year. There is a 1 car garage/ basement for storage, yard and plenty of on street parking.
$385 per room, available 6/1 (year lease)
Summer rentals are a possibility-
