I sold something on ebay for a large amount of money $1,000+.

The buyer who bought it, sent me message asking for a invoice. Sent him the invoice monday. I sent him another message yesterday. I have yet to hear back from him.

What do I need to do if this guy doesn't cough up?

ebay has dispute resolution shit all over their site, check it.

yeah but you have to give him roughly 10 days before you can file for non payment
you can however dial "911" right now
