THIS IS THE 3RD THREAD ON THIS APARTMENT THAT THE POSTER HAS MADE ABOUT THIS THREAD IN ORDER TO AVOID NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON THE APARTMENT.

as per the last thread created on this apartment:

landlord for this apartment is neglectful and doesn't respond to e-mail's unless he feels like it. there are several electrical outlets which are hanging out of the wall (since before august) and the sink in the kitchen hasnt been repaired since november despite several e-mails. Just a generally band landlord.

Complex also has very few parking spots for visitors, nearly impossible on the weekends. Had a better experience with Preiss Company's Service to be honest.
