is anyone on here a licensed/insured contractor or know a good one? I have called a couple of local contractors and no one is getting back to me. It has rained twice since this flashing came off, and I need it back on ASAP!What I definitely need:- Flashing (about 3 feet) put on the peak of a one-story house- Window replaced (1 pane wide, 4 panes high, next to a double-hung window)What I will probably need:- French doors shortened about 1/4 to 1/2 inch (possibly)- Stairs for deck (I will provide wood and screws/nails, you provide skills/tools) prefer someone who can take a credit card, but can do cash if I have to

just for clarification of anyone else reading this thread, I'm not looking for "cheap"... granted, I have limits ...but I'm not going to be ridiculous. <I NEED THIS SHIT DONE>Since I have this thread going, anyone wanna help? 1. I need to finish painting ... Interior: trimwork in a couple rooms, touchup in a couple rooms, utility room needs to be finished, and a bathroom that just straight up needs painting. Exterior: door trim and porch/landing handrails.2. I can do the deck if I have someone to help me hold the heavy pieces3. I have the piece of flashing that blew down if someone has a 24+ foot ladder or is not afraid of heights and will go up there4. I need to powerwash, and I have a washer, although I have to make sure it works 5. WINDOWEZ - I think I can do them with the pressure washer ... maybe.[Edited on May 8, 2007 at 11:23 PM. Reason : fuckin 'ey ... why am I the one with the honeydo list?]
