Looking for a guy or girl to to take my apt (the apt is all guys). $400 a month, that is negotiable. It comes with a desk, bedframe, and 2 drawer dresser. I would even be willing to leave my matress or/and deskchair. Has a big closet and bathroom. There is a pool here and a workout room. I know at least 2 of my roommates are staying here for the summer, and the other is unsure so there is a decent chance there will be just 3 people here this summer. Of course, everything except your room would be fully furnished and we do keep it fairly clean with low noise levels.

I will also give the month of May for free meaning if you do the whole summer, you pay only june and July and those prices are negotiable.
