What: Room for Rent. I am looking for someone to sublease my bottom floor apt in University Suites (at intersection of Trailwood and Tryon) from mid-May until Aug. 1st

It is 3 other guys (Kyle Phelps, Greg Gosselin, and David Vaught) living here but we wont discriminate against a girl moving in. These guys living here are chill guys, pretty easy going and will be going to summer school or working summer jobs. They are not nerds. We keep it pretty clean and with not alot of noise. Great location at front of University Suites (2025 Dolphin Key). There is a pool here and a weight room (and tanning beds??). The room comes with a desk and a bed frame, big closet, 2 drawer dresser, and your own bathroom (the room is big and clean). Everything other than your room is already furnished (living room, dining room, and kitchen has everything you would need).
