I have one more class left that I will be taking first summer session. My question is this: Will my transcript say that I completed my degree a few weeks after I finish that class? Or will it not update until December when the next graduation rolls around? Thanks.

It'll probably say you completed the degree at the end of the session you take the last class in. If you want a graduation ceremony, that won't happen until December.
