I am leaving to go home on May 7th and I am looking for a girl to take over my lease. I live at College Inn on Western Blvd. The rent is $500 a month and that includes all utilities, fully furnished room, private bathroom, parking spot, and a community pool. I will pay for the month of May so you will only have to pay for June and July. It is a four bedroom, four bath apartment on the first floor. My roommates are very friendly!
