$400 a month, includes: utilities, cable, internet, and washer/dryer.

Will have own personal bathroom with shower. twin bed, desk and closet.

Shared kitchen and living room, two male roommates and one yet to be determined.

The apartment complex has a nice gym, a game room, outdoor basketball courts, a tennis court, and a large swimming pool.

The complex is located 5 minutes from NC State and about 20 minutes from the RTP area.

Not trying to be a dick but the reality is:

Wolfcreek costs $404 (assuming a 4 bedroom) to live there anyway and usually a legal sublet has lots of fees involved, a lot of people on here (TWW) were offering substantial discounts.

Tell the roomate or whoever is doing the sublet to eat a slight loss and it will probably be rented quickly.
