The phone itself works, it just needs a new battery because the one in it died. The phone has no scratches b/c it was kept in a case. There are two very small nicks on the top part of the phone but they are not obvious. Best offer by Friday has it! Picture is in my gallery. Oh.. the battery number is BR50...

well...the v3m's were a big step up from the v3c's IMO, so getting a "new" razr isn't a bad choice for people who want a basic "cool" phone...you can even use the v3m's with MPT via bluetooth
