I drove from Greensboro on Friday to go to the A-Day game. Since the years after the NC in '92, we have been on probation, had our coach embarass the Univ, and had very lackluster seasons (except the 2005 10-1 season). The hiring of Saban plus other changes is getting the fans excited that we are moving back out of the lackluster area and hopefully into a new era of Alabama football. As a fan and native of Alabama (and son of graduate), it is really hard not to get excited about. It's hard not to get excited about Alabama football in general. It's a totally different environment down there. I am not saying that NCSU doesn't know football or any of that other garbage, but it's just different. It's something you really have to see for yourself. There's a reason they expanded the stadium to hold that many people. ROLL TIDE! GO BAMA! and of course GO STATE!

So I take it there were about 100 full sets of teeth in the stands. Not bad.[Edited on April 23, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Reason : oh, and yes, impressive on the attendance. I just wanted to throw in a bad stereotype]
