I will be leaving Raleigh this summer on May 7th. There will definitely be one other male in the 4br/4ba apartment the 2nd roomate is still in question. The rent is $435 a month with all of the utilities included , but it is negotiable. I will more than likely leave the large dresser in my room. Male or female roomate, doesnt matter.
