right around my cervical from the top of my chest up the crater below my adams apple is a rash of tiny bumps highly concentrated with an ich. probably about the diameter of a soda can. Started off really small as just redness/ichyness and has increased over about a five day period.

What could this be? What should i do?

if you did mean cervical, that is one damn huge rash.

[Edited on April 19, 2007 at 9:47 AM. Reason : also, considering you're male, if you have a cervical area, i'd be surprised]

[Edited on April 19, 2007 at 9:48 AM. Reason : cervical in relation to the uterus, not the cervical portion of the spine]

"clavicle" ftw

i agree w/ dustm, it's probably an allergic reaction to some kind of lotion (or you shaved there recently)

Go to the dermatologist, could be part of a virus or a form of eczema

cervical = of or related to the neck or cervix. hopefully theres no discharge from the rash

are you allergic to anything? if so, have you been around any of those things?

you can get some hydrocortisone cream at the drug store or walmart and that should help with the itching. you can also take an antihistamine like benadryl if you think it is an allergic reaction to something, it should help.

See a doctor if you're insured or go to student health if not. Sounds like you needs to rub some lotion on it.

cervical also refers to the top two bones of the spine, were the head rests ... but dude's use is still wrong, because that would be the back of the neck, not the chest

just go to the store and get some creams (neosporin, anti-fungal, etc...) and try each one until one works.
