My roommate graduates this spring so I need someone who will renew the lease with me in July. She may be moving out before June so if you can move in then that would be great. I have a cat but he's very friendly and he has been neutered. I'm not looking to get anymore pets. Rent is $383/month per person not including utilities. Neither of us pays more than $500 each month. The complex we live in is on Duraleigh close to the Wal-Mart on Glenwood. My roommate and I both agree that it never takes more than 15 minutes to get to school and that is on a bad day. I guess I should also mention that you'd have your own bathroom as well as the apartment complex has a really nice exercise room with lots of machines. There is also a pool and a theatre where they show movies for free every Tuesday night.
