I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a large house off of Stanhope Avenue. For those of you who don't know, it's right near SubConscious on Hillsborough St. so it's only like a block and a half away from campus.

You'd be sharing the house with two other roommates who are really cool guys. You'd have the largest bedroom with another side 'sunroom' attached. Pm me if you're interested

The lease ends at the end of July, but you're more than welcome to renew the contract. The other two roommates may stay, I'm not quite sure.

the full deal is that you sign my lease in my place for 280 plus 1/3 utilities (cable internet, directv with dvr, etc) and I will keep my security deposit (250) on your lease and you get that at the end of july. If you do not want to take over my lease then I will sublease for a reasonable offer.
