I've got at least one room available for summer sublease in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in Champion Ct. (across from mission valley). $300/mo and usually $45-60 for utilities (incl internet). Room is 12x11. Its a 15 minute walk to campus, just a short distance from a Wolfline stop on avent ferry. Not a terribly ghetto neighborhood (mostly foreign grad students and TAs). Room has excellent view of mission valley.
