well my roommates and i are seniors and we are all moving out, so they will have to sublease their rooms their rooms separately. so your roommates will be the ones they sublease to (unless you know somebody else who wants to room here too - I can talk to them about it)

doesnt matter. (although mostly it all girls or all guys for 1 apt - we're all guys btw)
