we flew round trip to paris for 400 in 2003.if you dont mind driving to DC, you could go round trip to london for 190, or paris for 230 back then. go to bestfares.com, there's TONS of flights for under 400 bucks round trip to various parts of europe.[Edited on April 7, 2007 at 6:19 PM. Reason : .]
