quick story....

Was running and i stopped at gorman like to cross on to avent ferry and i had my little walk guy light come on so i ran to the other side and just as I was to get to the other side some dude hit Jinzo and I tried to pull him back but he was too big...


Soooo scarey to see my baby like that... but he seems fine now... not bleeding and walking ok... going to take him to the vet right now...

please pray hes ok
Cop saw him do it so he got his info and such...

dude wasn't even apologetic either

i was about to bitch about pedestrians darting out in front of cars on campus but clearly that wasn't the case... hope the doggy's ok :-/

but yeah we got home and JInzo is ok... by how crazy he acted couldnt even tell he was hit.

I got him some meds for the pain and soreness he'll feel tomorrow... Rymadyl :-) We are good!

He wasn't in real danger dip shit
and the cops saw it I could tell he wasn't seriously injured otherwise i wouldn't have cared if the guy got sited or not...

I took him to the vet to make sure he was ok... no internal bleeding...
I have been a vet tech for 4 years so I of all people would know if my dog was seriously hurt...

From what I saw, the guy was making a right on red while she was jogging across the road. He thought he could make the turn before she got there but he was wrong.

STUPID FUCKING WALK LIGHTS AT GORMAN AND AVENT FERRY ARE SHIT.


Everyday I watch people almost get hit trying to cross here. Sad thing is, not only are some animals going to get hit, but some human being is going to pay with their life before they fix this problem of showing the walking guy when clearly the light is green for people that can turn right. + so many pedestrians use those sidewalks by the foodlion for groceries, it should be all red for about 10-15 seconds for people to cross any way.


mark my words. somebody will die before they fix this (just like somebody died at varsity/avent last year)

uh, that's how all crosswalks are at intersections like that. it is the responsibility of the driver to yield for the pedestrians crossing.
