Anybody figured out the homework for this week?

For 14-10, I tried to work backwards from the problem in page 11 of the notes, but ended up getting stuck.

Also, for the matlab problem, i took the code from page 2 in the notes and changed some things (f_s, x_m, m and k, but still can't end up getting a good looking graph for |X(f)|
