Not even close. Not even close to being close. A marginal hit is not a cheap shot in the sense that these are cheap shots. And since the Perezhogin swing wasn't in the NHL, I don't see why they didn't include Jesse Boulerice's swing from the OHL. I'm also surprised to see Gino Odjick mentioned without his hit on Hasek included.
