Our plan with Cingular is up, and we're set to get another plan. Just checked online and we're going to get screwed if we stay with Cingular. Right now we have a plan with 850 minutes (plus rollover) that somes out to about $85 with the second line and taxes ($59 + $10 second line + fees). Cingular's $59 plan now only has 550 minutes Granted, we have something like 4,800 minutes squarreled away in our rollover package, but I think we lose those when we get a new plan.Basically, we use about 600 minutes a month on average. I want a plan with at least that many minutes for $75 or less that I can buy a block of minutes extra (or something equivalent) so I don't get completely screwed the one month we go over.Suggestions? I'd love to talk to the Cingular folks, but they've cut down their customer service hours since being bought out by AT&T. Bastards.

if you're happy with the current plan then don't leave it. Go to a Cingular store and talk with them about your options. If you need to sign a contract to get another phone, tell them the only way you'll do it is if you keep your current plan and rate. Most likely they'll have the paper work out and ready to sign in mins

That's the plan at this point. There's no way in hell that I'm going to pay the same price for 40% LESS minutes. I'd be fine with just getting new phones (free) and keeping the same plan if it came down to it. Their service has been fine, or as fine as a wireless company can be. Everyone hates their cell phone company at some point.
