My two roommates and I are moving out of our house, a duplex on Brent Rd, in May and looking to sublease it over the summer with the option of continuing the lease through the school year. It is on the wolfline, and only a few minutes drive to either of the campus parking decks. Landlord is laid back, and the place is pet friendly with no additional pet fees. There is a back deck and back yard, and all major appliances are included. The fact that it is a duplex means decreased side and front yard space, but noise has never been a problem and the power bill has been pretty low every month. The house will not be furnished over the summer. Cost is $975/ month.
