I have an amazing house that is a 5 minute walk to campus behind hillsborough street and i will be gone all summer (studying abroad and interning) and NEED someone to sublease my room. Rent is good: $315/mo for my room. The house is 4 bedroom- all mechanical engineers (not dorky ones tho, we're fun!) 2 guys and another girl. Start whenever, preferably as soon as exams are done until august sometime before school starts again. room is furnish, but if you have issues with that maybe we can work something out. oh house specs:
screened in back porch
HUGE living room (36" flat screen tv that should be here this summer)
kitchen, w/d, air conditioning- which will be up to the roommates when its turned on, we try and hold off as long as possible to save $$,
