I want to sublease my room in a 3-bedroom apartment at ivy chase from May 27 to July 27. There is a possibility you might have the apartment to yourself or one other roomate. The rent is $410.00 a month which include utilities. The only extra cost is internet but you can pick up a wireless connection from others so you dont have to pay for it if you wish. I am willing to negotiate the price a little because i will be moving into another apartment and since it is a short lease i find this to be pretty fair to go lower possibly.
