1550 a monthjesusmight as well buy one
3/29/2007 8:46:35 AM
Sorry, that is as low as I can go.BTW, houses in that neighborhood are running about $215,000
3/29/2007 8:56:48 AM
Right, so 1550 could easily cover the mortgage
3/29/2007 9:02:34 AM
Not actually. The monthly cost of this house is based on financing $215,000 plus closing costs, plus monthly homeowners dues, plus insurance.$1550 does not cover all that.
3/29/2007 9:12:01 AM
Really? Even after all the tax breaks?
3/29/2007 9:16:40 AM
After the tax breaks, you might break even. But you did not account for the wear, tear, and maitenance on the house. I replaced the carpet in a 1700 sq ft house and it cost $2800.
3/29/2007 9:24:49 AM
What do the homeowners dues cover?
3/29/2007 9:26:47 AM
The home owners dues are not much. An additional $21 per month. They cover maintenance on the 2 community pools. I am sure they cover things, I just don't know what else though.
3/29/2007 9:31:59 AM
That's pretty good for a place with a pool.
3/29/2007 9:33:40 AM
thats a nice looking house, but gl getting 3 people to share 1 bathroom for nearly $400 per month
3/29/2007 9:36:04 AM
Yes, it does look nice. How old is it?
3/29/2007 9:37:57 AM
The house was built in 2004

I can't show this place until April 23rd. Please email me at romalehall@gmail.com if you are interested in seeing it.

4/12/2007 11:03:43 AM

4/12/2007 11:19:08 AM
